Refund Policy

Failed renders are refunded automatically

If a video fails or is blocked by our safety checks, the credits it used go straight back to your balance. You don't need to contact us.

Unused credit packs

If you haven't used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@bulin47video.org from the address on your account and include the order date.

Used credits

Once credits from a pack have been used for a finished video, that pack can't be refunded, except where local law gives you a right to a refund. If a finished video clearly didn't work — for example, your face is missing — write to us with the video's date and we'll review it and, where fair, return the credits.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds for PayPal purchases are issued through PayPal to the original payment method. The time needed for a refund to appear depends on PayPal and your payment method. Credits associated with the refunded amount are removed from your account; credits from a fully refunded pack can no longer be used.
