What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and sign-in records. If you use Google sign-in, Google shares your basic profile (name, email, picture).
- Photos you upload: used to create the video you asked for and, where necessary, investigate reported safety or rights violations.
- Videos and credits: the videos you make, your credit balance and purchase history.
- Payment records: order amount, status and the email used at checkout. PayPal handles payment details; we do not receive or store your full card details.
- Usage data: pages visited, buttons used in the video flow, the site or campaign that referred you, approximate country (derived from your IP address; the address itself is not stored with this data) and device type. We use this to understand which parts of the site work and to fix problems.
How we use photos
Your photo is used to render your video. We never publish it, sell it or use it to train AI models. Uploaded photos are kept only as long as needed to create and deliver your video. Finished videos stay in My videos so you can download them again, until you ask us to delete them. If content is reported for a safety or rights violation, the platform operator may review the identified content and relevant account or task records solely to investigate and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy in the Terms of Service. Relevant evidence may be retained when required for a legal obligation or an unresolved complaint.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the website, store account records and private videos, process video requests, deliver account emails and help protect the service. Your uploaded photo and the video material needed for your request are shared with video-processing providers to create your video. Finished videos are stored privately so they remain available in My videos.
Google provides optional sign-in and, where allowed, analytics. PayPal processes purchases and refunds and receives the information needed to complete those transactions. Service providers receive information needed for their role; their own privacy practices may also apply.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep you signed in. A first-party cookie gives your browser a random ID so we can count visits and see how people move through the video flow. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic; visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked before it loads, and everyone can opt out with the analytics button in the corner of the page.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account data and videos by emailing support@bulin47video.org. We may need to confirm the request comes from the account owner. Some purchase records must be kept for tax and accounting purposes.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.
