Who we are

Bulin47 Video ("we", "us") runs bulin47video.org, an independent fan-made tool that places a person from an uploaded photo into a short video based on the viral Bulin 47 freestyle trend. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, their labels or any platform mentioned on the site.

Your account

You need an account to make videos. Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Photos you upload

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have explicitly agreed to have their image used in an AI-generated video. Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures, minors, or anyone who has not agreed. You must also have the rights or permission needed to use the photo. Using the generator means you agree to the Acceptable Use Policy below.

How videos work

The generator uses your photo to create an AI-edited version of a fixed video scene, following its motion and audio. You can choose 720p or 1080p. AI output can be inaccurate and must not be presented as a genuine recording. See our Privacy Policy for how we use your data.

Acceptable Use Policy / AIGC content standards

These rules apply to uploaded photos, generation requests, generated videos and any use or sharing of those videos. You must not upload, request, generate or distribute any of the following:

  • Pornography / NSFW: pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation or non-consensual sexual content.
  • Violence / gore: graphic violence, blood or gore, depictions of serious injury or abuse, threats, or content promoting terrorism or violence.
  • Hate speech: content attacking, dehumanising or inciting discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics, or promoting hate groups.
  • Child-unsafe content / CSAM: child sexual abuse material, sexualisation, exploitation, grooming or abuse of minors, including synthetic depictions. Photos of anyone under 18 are prohibited, even with permission.
  • Deepfakes / impersonation: non-consensual or deceptive deepfakes; impersonating real people, brands or organisations; falsely claiming a person's participation, statements or endorsement. The permitted use is an explicitly consensual, clearly identified AI edit of yourself or another consenting adult. Do not use it to deceive, defraud, harass or defame, and do not use celebrity or public-figure photos.
  • Copyright / trademark infringement: photos, videos, music, logos or other material used without the necessary rights, permission or lawful basis, or content falsely suggesting a brand's endorsement. Buying credits does not grant rights to third-party material.

You must not bypass safety checks, hide prohibited material, or knowingly submit false or malicious reports. When sharing an allowed video, clearly identify it as AI-generated or AI-edited.

Content moderation and review

Before generation, we require a signed-in account and confirmation of the subject's permission and adult status. The service accepts a photo and a fixed source scene rather than user-written prompts or arbitrary source videos. Generation requests undergo automated safety checks. A rejected request is treated as a failed render, and the credits used are returned automatically. Automated checks are not a guarantee that every policy violation will be detected.

Reports of prohibited inputs, outputs, impersonation or infringement are reviewed manually by the platform operator. We assess the report against these standards, examine the identified content and relevant task or account records where available, and may ask for information needed to verify consent or rights. Child-safety concerns, credible threats and non-consensual sexual content receive priority. We may restrict access while a report is investigated. Private photos and videos are not a public gallery; any access for a safety investigation is limited to what is needed to handle the case.

Report a violation

Anyone can email support@bulin47video.org with the subject "Content safety report"; an account is not required. Include the page or video link, task ID if known, approximate date, the rule or right affected, and a description of the issue. Signed-in users can also use the support button at the bottom-right of the site to submit a ticket and follow replies in My tickets.

Do not attach or forward suspected CSAM, sexual images of minors, or other illegal material. Provide identifying links or task details instead. Reporter information is shared only as necessary to investigate, comply with legal obligations or protect safety. We assess reports on their evidence, including reports from people who are not users. Copyright and likeness complaints can also follow our DMCA & Takedown process.

Enforcement and appeals

Depending on severity and repetition, we may reject a generation, remove or disable access to violating content, issue a warning, restrict service access, suspend an account or permanently terminate it. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination without a prior warning. Where required by law, we preserve relevant evidence and report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

We normally acknowledge reports within one business day, prioritise urgent safety cases, and tell the reporter the outcome or request further information where appropriate. Investigation time depends on the evidence and complexity. If you believe an action was mistaken, email support@bulin47video.org with the subject "Content safety appeal", the task or account details and your supporting information. We will reconsider the evidence and explain whether the action is upheld or changed.

Credits and payments

Videos are paid for with credits. A 720p HD video uses 10 credits and a 1080p Full HD video uses 20 credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs, do not expire and have no cash value. Purchases are processed by PayPal and do not create a subscription or recurring charge. Credits are added after payment is confirmed. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

The videos you make

Subject to these terms, you may download and share the videos you make for personal, non-commercial use, such as posting on social media. The underlying clip, music and trend belong to their respective owners; making a video does not give you any rights in them. AI results can be imperfect: faces, lip movement and background details may not match exactly.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" and may change, pause or stop. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
